Preheat waffle iron.
For waffles, combine all wet ingredients in a small bowl. Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron and bake about 5 minutes.
Place ham slices in a large skillet and cook both sides, 2-3 minutes per side, over medium heat. Remove ham from pan and set aside.
Reduce heat to low and carefully add butter, bourbon, and brown sugar. Mix together and add pear slices. Cook together, gently stirring for a few minutes until sauce thickens. Return ham slices to pan and coat with bourbon-glaze.
Remove waffles carefully from waffle iron and top with glazed ham and pears. Pour remaining bourbon-glaze on top and serve immediately.
