Take your toast, bagels, muffins, pancakes, and waffles to new heights with this delicious flavored butter made with fresh strawberries. It wakes up boring breakfasts and makes a delightful snack any time of day.
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Challenge Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
- ¾ cup finely chopped strawberries (wash and pat dry prior to chopping)
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer at high speed until smooth.
Butter mixture can be used while still soft; or it can be rolled into a cylinder in parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerated or frozen, then sliced into teaspoon-sized rounds.
Allow 2 or 3 teaspoons per serving.
