36 (1 ½ inch pieces)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup Challenge Lactose Free Spreadable Butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x9-inch square baking pan.
2Whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.
3Cream together butter and sugar.
4Blend in eggs and vanilla.
5Fold in dry ingredients to moisten and avoid dusting, then mix until well blended.
6Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts over top.
7Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
