Ingredients

  • 6-9 ounces Bloody Mary mixer
  • 3-6 ounces tequila (to taste) (optional)
  • 12 large raw, peeled shrimp, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh-ground pepper
  • pinch cayenne
  • pinch celery salt
  • 4 tablespoons Challenge Butter
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 6 sprigs parsley

Directions

  • 1

If using tequila, mix tequila and Bloody Mary mix together over ice in a cocktail shaker (if not using alcohol, simply shake mixer). Pour into six 3-ounce shot glasses. Set aside.

  • 2

Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel. Pepper generously, add a pinch of cayenne and celery salt.

  • 3

In a Good Cook skillet, melt Challenge Butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to hot butter and cook until pink. Flip and cook the other side until cooked through.

  • 4

Remove from heat, drizzle with lime juice and zest. Allow to cool slightly, then skewer two shrimp each onto six 4-inch toothpicks or cocktail skewers.

  • 5

To serve, slide shrimp skewers into prepared shot glasses. Garnish with parsley.

  • 6

    Serve warm or cold.
