Beer Cheese Dip

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup grated white cheddar
  • ¼ cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with remaining ingredients, reserving ¼ cup of the white cheddar cheese. Stir until completely mixed.

    Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar on top.

    Bake for about 15 minutes and then switch oven to broil until top is golden. Serve hot.

    Note: If making with pretzels, cheese dip can go in a hotter oven but reduce baking time.
