A baked version of traditional Mexican cinnamon-sugar tortilla crisps. It uses Challenge Spreadable Butter for quick and easy preparation.
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 8-inch flour tortillas
- 3-4 Tablespoons Challenge Spreadable Butter
1Preheat oven to 400°F
2Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3Spread butter on both sides of each tortilla, ¾ to 1 teaspoon per side. Place tortillas on baking sheet.
4Sprinkle the top of each tortilla with cinnamon sugar (1½ -2 teaspoons). Cut into wedges or strips with a pizza wheel. Bake 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
