- 2 sticks Unsalted Challenge Butter, softened and cubed
- zest of ½ an orange
- zest of 1 lime
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons orange marmalade
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
1Combine butter, citrus zest, orange marmalade and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed until combined, scraping down the bowl as needed.
2If using as a spread, transfer to a bowl and use while soft. Otherwise, spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a tight log. Refrigerate until firm.
