Preheat oven to 375°F. Place shrimp in a 9-inch x 12-inch baking dish.
Melt Challenge Garlic Parmesan and Herbs in a small saucepan over low heat. Alternatively, melt in a glass bowl in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Pour melted butter over shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake shrimp for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until pink, opaque, and curled. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley and serve hot.
