Boterspritz Butter Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Challenge Butter, room temperature
  • 1¾ cups sugar
  • 2½ cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients until well combined. Add the butter and mix thoroughly until a smooth dough forms. Spread the dough evenly onto a cookie sheet, pressing it into a thin, uniform layer.

    Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the top begins to turn lightly golden. Remove from the oven and immediately cut into desired shapes or sizes while still warm.
