Preheat the grill on medium heat (300-350F.)
Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, shredded cheese and 6 tablespoons of Challenge Butter. Do not over mix. Divide meat into six portions, roll into balls and then flatten to form patties. Using your thumb, add a dimple in the center of the patty a little more than halfway through.
Season patties with about ½ teaspoon on each side of patty. Spray both sides of the burgers with non-stick cooking spray. Put burgers on the grill, dimple side up. Cook for five minutes and flip when patties easily release from the grill.
Meanwhile, spread 2 tablespoons of Challenge Butter on bun tops and bottoms.
Cook for an additional five minutes or until burgers reach your desired doneness. (The USDA recommends cooking ground beef to an internal temp of 160 F which is considered medium.)
With one minute remaining, add buttered buns and sliced cheese, and close lid.
Remove patties and buns from the grill, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
