Cranberry Jalapeño Butter Ball

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks Challenge Butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoon minced dried cranberries
  • 2 Tablespoon minced jalapeño peppers
  • 2 Tablespoon minced cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • crackers, for serving
  • crusty bread, for serving

Directions

    Combine butter, dried cranberries, jalapenos, cilantro, flaky salt and black pepper in a bowl. Mix with a rubber spatula until smooth and combined.

    Scrape mixture into a silicone dome baking mold, pressing it firmly inside. Cover and chill until firm. Alternatively, scrape mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Chill, rotating and shaping ball every 15-20 minutes until smooth, round and hard.

    Remove from mold, let soften 20 minutes at room temperature, then serve with crackers and crusty bread.
