Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Grilled Chicken Wings

  • 1 stick Challenge Butter
  • ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • ¼ cup hot honey

Directions

  • 1

    Preheat the grill to 425°F.

  • 2

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and pepper.

  • 3

Arrange the wings on the hot grill grates, then cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them every few minutes so they cook evenly and the skin gets crisp without burning.

  • 4

Cook until the wings are golden, lightly charred, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  • 5

While the wings cook, make the sauce. Melt the Challenge Salted Butter in a small saucepan or grill-safe pan. Stir in the Frank’s RedHot Sauce and hot honey until smooth.

  • 6

Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey butter sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.

  • 7

Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
