Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings flats and drumettes separated
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup Challenge Butter Garlic Parmesan and Herbs Snack Spread
  • 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • 1

    Preheat a 4-quart air fryer to 380°F.

  • 2

Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Arrange wings in the basket so they are not touching. Cook for 12 minutes, flip the wings and cook another 12 minutes.

  • 3

Flip the wings a final time and increase heat to 400°F. Cook 5 more minutes, until outsides are extra crispy and internal temperature registers at least 165°F.

  • 4

Meanwhile, gently warm the Garlic Parmesan and Herbs Snack Spread in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 20 seconds. Pour in a large bowl.

  • 5

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated. Transfer wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with more grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
