- 1¾ sticks Challenge European Style Butter, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Gradually blend flour into creamed mixture.
2Roll dough ¼" to ⅓" thick on lightly floured cloth-covered board. Cut into small shapes. (Makes about 4 dozen cookies 1½ inches in diameter and ⅜ inches high.)
3Place ½-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until set.
