Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup Challenge Lactose Free Spreadable Butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9×9-inch square baking pan.

    Whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.

    Cream together butter and sugar.

    Blend in eggs and vanilla.

    Fold in dry ingredients to moisten and avoid dusting, then mix until well blended.

    Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts over top.

    Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
