Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Challenge Butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • ¼ cup cinnamon sugar

Directions

  • 1

To make the cookie dough, start by creaming the butter. Then gradually add sugar, flour, and ground red pepper. Beat until light and fluffy.

  • 3

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut dough into stars with a 3-inch star shaped cutter. Sprinkle the stars with cinnamon sugar before baking (1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon blended with ¼ cup sugar.)

  • 4

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool.
