Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the Challenge Spreadable Butter with Olive Oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Spread the garlic and herb butter generously over both halves of the bread.
Place the bread halves, buttered side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden around the edges and the butter has melted into every nook.
For an extra-crispy finish, switch the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes—just keep an eye on it to avoid burning the garlic.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
