  • 1 loaf of crusty bread (baguette or Italian loaf), sliced in half lengthwise
  • ½ cup Challenge Spreadable Butter with Olive Oil; add more depending on the size of your bread
  • 8-10 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

    Preheat your oven to 375°F.

    In a medium bowl, combine the Challenge Spreadable Butter with Olive Oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
