If you love Rice Krispie treats and s’mores, these bars are sure to become a new favorite. These ooey gooey bars combine all the classic flavors of s’mores into a marshmallowy bar and come together in minutes so you can enjoy s’mores flavors anywhere. Graham cracker cereal, marshmallows, chocolate and plenty of Challenge Dairy Butter make these the perfect treat.
Ingredients
- 9 Tablespoons Challenge Dairy Butter, divided
- 1 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows
- 7 cups graham cereal
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- 6 snack size milk chocolate bars, cut into small pieces

Place cereal in a large bowl and fold in 2 cups of marshmallows and chocolate chips until combined.

Butter a 9×13 baking dish with 2 Tablespoons of Challenge Dairy Butter.

In a separate bowl add in remaining marshmallows, reserving a handful for topping later on.

In a small bowl, melt 7 Tablespoons of the Challenge Dairy Butter in the microwave. In a medium sized bowl, add the melted butter to marshmallows and microwave for 30 second intervals stirring in between until melted. Add the melted marshmallow mixture to the cereal and fold in until combined.

Spread mixture into an even layer into the buttered 9×13 pan. (Add a bit of butter to your hands to keep the mixture from sticking to your hands). Press reserved remaining marshmallows and cut up chocolate bars on top and refrigerate or freeze until set.
