No-Bake Strawberry Granola Bites
No-bake bites offer big flavor and big energy without ever having to turn the oven on. Sound too good to be true? These bite-sized wonders come together in a flash, and can chill in the fridge until you need a berrylicious boost.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Challenge Vanilla Fudge Butter Snack Spread, softened
- 3 Tablespoons almond butter
- 1 ½ cups instant oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into ¼-inch pieces
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine Challenge Vanilla Fudge Butter Snack Spread, almond butter, instant oats and shredded coconut. Stir until well combined.

2Mix in freeze-dried strawberries and let sit 20 minutes.

3Scoop 1 Tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet, gently squeeze to compress, then roll into smooth balls. Store in the refrigerator.
