Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
Combine Challenge Lemon Butter Snack Spread, marshmallows and salt in a large pot over low heat. Stir until melted.
Remove from heat. Add popcorn and stir until completely coated. Let cool 2-3 minutes, then stir in sprinkles and candy.
With buttered hands, shape and press the mixture into 3-inch balls.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat until all the popcorn has been used. Insert a colorful straw into the top, if desired.
Let popcorn balls sit for at least 1 hour to firm up. To store, wrap each popcorn ball in plastic wrap.
