Mix cream cheese and salsa together and spread a layer of mixture over each tortilla. (approx. 3 tablespoons), Add a layer of sour cream to each. (approx. 1 Tblsp), Top with evenly distributed amounts of grated cheese, drained black beans, olives and onions. Roll up tightly.
Chill for 30 minutes. Cut into ¾-inch slices before serving.
