Black Bean Tortilla Spirals

These bite-sized spirals are perfect for parties or as a festive snack. They are easy to assemble and are packed with southwest flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) Challenge Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) finely grated Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 5 (10-inch) tortillas

    Mix cream cheese and salsa together and spread a layer of mixture over each tortilla. (approx. 3 tablespoons), Add a layer of sour cream to each. (approx. 1 Tblsp), Top with evenly distributed amounts of grated cheese, drained black beans, olives and onions. Roll up tightly.

    Chill for 30 minutes. Cut into ¾-inch slices before serving.
