- 1 package (8 oz) Challenge Cream Cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 cup (4 oz) finely grated Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 5 (10-inch) tortillas
1Spread a layer of cream cheese over each tortilla. (approx. 3 Tablespoons)
2Add a layer of sour cream to each. (approx. 1 Tblsp)
3Top with evenly distributed amounts of grated cheese, drained black beans, olives and onions. Roll up tightly.
4Chill for 30 minutes. Cut into ¾-inch slices before serving.
