    The best way to receive coupons is to join our Challenge Club using the opt-in form located at the bottom of our website. We periodically email coupons along with recipes, tips, contest information, and more. We also print coupons inside specially marked 1 pound packages of Challenge Butter and Challenge Unsalted Butter.

  • Can I get free product samples?

    Unfortunately, we do not give out product samples through the mail. On occasion, we may do in-store demonstrations during temporary promotions, but schedules and locations vary.

  • Where can I buy Challenge Dairy products near me?

    Challenge products are available in retail stores in over 30 states and at commissaries on military bases throughout the US. For a current list of retailers near you, please visit the Where to Buy page. And because products will vary by retailer, we always recommend taking a minute or two to contact your preferred store to ask about a specific product's availability.

  • What can I do if the quality of the product I bought is not up to its normal standard?

    It is extremely important for us to maintain our century old tradition of quality. We do our very best from farm to table to make sure we meet the quality our customers have come to expect from our products. If you were unsatisfied with the quality of a product, we apologize for not meeting your (or our) quality expectations, and we would like to make it right.   • How or where can I buy products in bulk for commercial use?

    Challenge Dairy Foodservice services commercial establishments throughout California, Hawaii, and parts of Arizona and Nevada.

    We also provide butter and powdered milk ingredients to food manufacturers.
