Challenge Dairy California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) Acknowledgement and Stated Policy

Challenge Dairy Products, Incorporated is committed to protecting the working rights and safety of our employees and all those involved in providing us products and supplies, while recognizing and respecting the cultural and legal differences found throughout the world. Challenge Dairy Products, Inc. is committed to the following:
  • Prohibiting human trafficking and slave labor in our operations;
  • Requires compliance with applicable laws and regulations in its operations; and expect our direct suppliers to comply, at a minimum with applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which products are grown or produces, including laws against human trafficking and slave labor and to monitor their suppliers for compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which they have operations.
  • Challenge Dairy Products, Incorporated reserves the right to conduct or have third party perform audits on behalf of Challenge Dairy. Suppliers will be expected to provide Auditors with reasonable access to any facilities and all documentation that may be required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.
  • Challenge Dairy Products, Incorporated reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relationship with any supplier for failure to comply with applicable laws or compliance with our policy.
We at Challenge Dairy Products, Incorporated believe that we are compliant with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657 ACT) and will continue to monitor the situation, through practical and realistic protections and practices. We expect our suppliers to follow similar policies and practices as well as update us on any changes in their suppliers that may alter their ability to comply with the SB 657 Act.
