Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine oat bran cereal or quick-cook oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter; mix well and set aside.
Combine pears, raisins, water and lemon juice in a large bowl. Combine and mix remaining ingredients (brown sugar, flour and cinnamon); then add to pears and stir gently until well coated.
Place in an 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle topping evenly over the pears.
Bake 25-35 minutes or until pears are tender.
