Almond Butter Melt-Aways
- 4 ounces almond paste
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (4 sticks) Challenge Butter
- 5¾ cups cake flour
Heat oven to 375°F.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine almond paste and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add butter; beat until light. Add flour; mix until smooth.
With No.4 star tip, pipe onto paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light brown and centers are set. Do not overbake.
