In a large mixer, combine marshmallow fluff and Challenge cream cheese until smooth.
Line the bottom of a Good Cook 9×13-inch pan with chocolate graham crackers. Spread ⅓ of the marshmallow mixture on top.
Cover with a second layer of chocolate graham crackers.
Spread half of the remaining marshmallow mixture on top.
Line with a row of graham crackers.
To the mixing bowl with the leftover marshmallow mixture, add chocolate pudding, 2 cups of whipped topping and 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce.
Spread on top of graham cracker layer.
Cover with a final layer of graham crackers.
Spread remaining whipped topping over the top of the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, drizzle with remaining hot fudge, crushed graham crackers and chocolate chunks. Slice and enjoy!
