Garlic Cheese Rolls

  1. 1/3 cup Challenge Butter
  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
  4. 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. ¼ teaspoon paprika
  6. 1 loaf frozen white bread dough

    Thaw frozen bread dough. Melt butter in microwave for 45-60 seconds.

    Add garlic, Parmesan cheese and paprika to melted butter. Cook another 45 seconds in microwave.

    Break off pieces of dough the size of golf balls or slightly smaller.

  4. 4

    Roll into balls and drop into garlic butter mixture; coat well.

    Drain and place rolls in a lightly greased baking pan (9”x 13”) with sides of rolls not quite touching.

    Let rise until rolls are doubled in size.

    Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
