Cheese and Green Onion Biscuits
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup (½ stick) Challenge Butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease baking sheet.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in grated cheese, green onions and buttermilk, stirring just until flour mixture is moist.
Drop batter by heaping Tablespoons onto baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
