Tuscan Style Egg Spread
Made with hard boiled eggs, this sophisticated spread makes a delicious appetizer to serve on crackers or bread rounds.
Ingredients
- 7 Tablespoons (½, 7oz. tub) Challenge Tuscan Style Spreadable Butter
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tablespoons chopped olives (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Directions
Step 1
Combine Tuscan Style butter with cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Blend in lemon juice.
Step 3
Add finely chopped eggs and mix well.
Step 4
Stir in chopped green onions and (optional) chopped olives.
Step 5
Blend in salt to taste. Serve on crackers or bread rounds.
